baphnediaI compiled three different versions (91 pages) of rules into 29 pages, then reduced that to 20, then added 2 pages of new content. :D
I promised someone that the cap system rules would be short. And short they are. In other news, I am leaving for Kentucky in the morning and won't be back here until at least Friday.
