Daily Grind
Jul. 16th, 2009 03:13 pmI know I have way too many projects taking over my life. I dissolved my daily routine to try to address them all. Which helped me gain about 10 lbs back, among other things. Although, at the same time, I'll be getting some of these projects off of my shoulders and on to other people.
So, regardless of whatever else I'm doing, I will do these other things daily, regardless.
Exercise Mon-Sat (Chest/Biceps, Back/Triceps, Legs + daily cardio)
Practice violin (full set of scales and arpeggios and a selection of music)
Post on Dreamers of Paradice (owait, I'm already doing that!)
So, today's report:
Today's workout amounted to not enough, 15 minutes (and change) on the elliptical, and the contraption said 261 calories burned. Well, I'll see about eating a gallon of ice cream later today to make up for it. Practice was measured by the number of interrupting phone calls. 4. Likewise, I made it through four keys on scales (so not a full set), but a full set is quite a long commitment. So, in keys I made it all the way through, G C F b-flat.
