The problem with knowing a lot of people...

You know, it's gotten me thinking about being a hermit. I found out, last night, that a friend of mine passed away from cancer. I haven't really been able to sleep since, and it would seem that I'll be at his funeral, set for one week from today. With any luck, I won't have to speak at it. Knowing my luck, however, means that I'll probably wind up organizing most of the damn thing.
