Hell in a Handbasket...
Apr. 21st, 2008 09:03 pmThe bubble of my finances has burst....
Bank account balances all begin with a minus sign.
Investments are tanking (on average 15% losses for me since the end of 2007). No single fund in my entire, diversified portfolio has shown a gain.
I owe $25,462.72 in accruing credit (and the interest rates are going up).
So.
I'm thinking of liquidating the investments I have left, paying off all my debts, and starting over. For now, I'm going to sleep on it first, and consult with those who are wise, before I do anything.
GRRRR!
Oh, and don't even get into taxes... I'm not getting a return. Apparently, since I'm single, the Fed didn't with hold enough taxes in 2007 from me, and thus I owe, instead of looking at getting a return.
