I broke a violin string...
Apr. 15th, 2007 10:41 pmGreat. I spent a whole day on the phone, and then finally got to playing some violin. The first thing I got to do during practice was to have a string break while tuning up. Which, I suppose is better than having a string break in a performance. Of which, there is plenty of history around that (I forget which violinist that continued to play when it happened to him... it's an old story).
Besides that, time to interact everywhere that I need to is either low or non-existent. There is much yet to do in preparation for my drive to Glendale, Arizona, and so far, I've done an awesome job avoiding most of it.
Some people say to have a 'professional' blog. I might also do the same, and what exactly that'll look like is anyone's guess. In the spirit of having a professional blog, I should mention that about five minutes ago, I created a group for fans of my debut CD, An Open Mind where fans can interact. If you're one of the several individuals mentioned in the current group description, I'm looking for y'alls Myspace URLs so that I can link to you right there. If you don't have one, then I can link to your website (this goes for Jonathan Barrick, Lisa Mason, and Helen Love).
