Aug. 21st, 2004 11:53 pmWhat Louis Lamp and Jimmy Caterine did this summer.
We talked. We rocked. And we blew our speakers. Or something. Jimmy Caterine and I got together on the weekends while I
was attending the Basic Installer's Course at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and began a collaborative project, which may see the
light of day next year sometime. The weekdays were gruelling, the weekends inspiring. We'll let you know when we come out
with a genre-bending EP. Really, what do you get when you allow a classical/bluegrass violinist and a heavy metal/new age
guitarist to jam? You'll see next year. Other collaboration projects are also in progress. Names will be named when we get some finished tracks laid out.
New on Paradice Net: Louis Lamp is working hard on the next testing revision of the Paradice Roleplaying System rules.
While that is pending, here's a brief of what else is happening.
You can make your own chatrooms now, public or private. Feel free to test it out for us, but know that there are still a few
things that we're still working on - like a "contact the management" to report abuse.
Syndication of the featured artists on Music Dish is now working, just go to the news section of www.paradice.net to access
it. Syndication of the EvO:R Street Journal will commence in the coming days. We will also be mirroring the Journal's
archives.
Link exchange program: If you'd like a link and description/review of your site, you can post a request in the forum, as an
option. If you request us to place your link on our site, then we humbly request that you post a link to us in return.
Paradice T-shirts will not be available as soon as planned. We've had some negotiable hang ups that have prevented a timely
release. Not to worry! Your pre-orders will not be lost - nor will we change our price of $10, that you paid initially.
However, we are halting additional pre-orders for the time being, and will commence when everything has been worked out. If
you have any questions, contact the webaster@paradice.net.
Background art is here on Paradice Net provided by none other than Lisa Mason. Which one, you ask? Not the author. The
artist. To let you know now, some of the art could be considered 'adult art'.
