What Louis Lamp did this summer...
I am working on a way to interface civilian radio with US Army Family Readiness Groups (FRGs) for the public broadcasting of morale messages. Indie Radio Live (www.indieradiolive.com), and Frank Cotolo of EvO:R (www.evor.com) have volunteered air time for this purpose. You have my thanks.
Paradice.net now has a new look, and more functionality, if at a temporary sacrifice of content. I've gone to using Postnuke to manage content of the site, for easier navigation. Also included is a nifty links database, which you are welcome to submit your website links. The links will be up once I approve them.
I am in the process of making T-shirts, with "Paradice.net" (or my trademark) on the front, and the full-size artwork that the cover to "An Open Mind" was derived from on the back. The t-shirts are white, with mostly black designs. I am hereby opening up the preorder stage, and the price is $10 ea, regardless of size (S, M, L, XL, XXL), however, if not enough shirts of your size are ordered, I will send you a consolation prize (TBD) along with your shirt in XL. I expect that the shirts will be ready for shipment around August 10th. Please make payment for pre-orders via PayPal to .
This is the second weekend that Jimmy Dee Caterine and I have been working together musically. I am currently staying in Sierra Vista, AZ, and we will be jamming until mid August. If we finish any tunes, you can rest mostly assured that it will be on my next album.
I will be syndicating news and notices on www.Paradice.net for the following websites/groups, in the somewhat near future (as time makes itself available to configure this):
-Elite Veterans of Rock (EvO:R)
-Indie Radio Live (IRL)
-Caterine-Music
-Music Industry News Network (MI2N)
-Music Dish Network
On 23 August, from 10-12 EST, I will be making an appearance on Indie Radio Live and invite everyone to come join me in either the IRL chatroom, or the Paradice.net chatroom (I'll be in both).
Last but not least, if you're in the Atlanta area during Labor Day Weekend, you may be able to track me down at Dragon Con. I'll be there, gaming and wearing my t-shirt.
Have a great evening, and remember folks;
What happens, happens.
