Well, I'm feeding one person, myself for $20-40/week. Thanks to a spot of forgetfulness, I tend to cook just one thing - so if I have a can of soup, my meal is soup. If I have salad, that's the meal. Right now I'm pretty much doing soup/salad/cereal.
However, I'll get bored of this rather quickly, I fear. At my disposal is a rather full spice rack, and a grocery store is across the street (so it's not like it's hard to get stuff if I forget something).
I'd like to budget in something along the lines of meats (I eat 'em all), and with direction I can probably cook just about anything provided I don't start playing Plants vs Zombies because I'm bored or distracted. :)
