Excuses, excuses, part 2.
I'm spending THIS week rebuilding a house. Long story short:
Dude went to Iraq. He gets shot in the head (and lives!).
Loses everything his family has in a tornado.
Extreme Makover (housing edition) sent him packing.
He doesn't know it yet, but we have a week to build him a new house.
He will still probably have to deal with PTSD, a traumatic brain injury (associated with the gunshot wound to the head).
I will be there, helping with this-and-that until the job is done.
I don't know the guy, and I don't need to know him, to help.
So. NaNoWriMo will resume for me a week from now. Probably. Possibly. Etc.
